we had a real fun day yesterday. after the ward breakfast we headed up to prescott stopping at rock springs cafe. it was packed there! we bought a mixed berry crumble pie which was delicious. i really wanted to get the #1 seller the "bourbon pecan" but spencer can't do pecan pie... probably because he hasn't had that one yet and doesn't know how good they can be. in prescott we watched the brazil vs. columbia world cup game of course. and we tried going downtown but oh my gosh was that a complete disaster area we couldn't even find a parking spot so we left. lisa had us over for a bbq and fireworks and the weather was incredible. summer monsoon clouds all day long and that's pretty much all i can ask for from a fourth of july! yes siree!
